About IMDhub

IMDhub is an advanced data management platform designed to accelerate research in Inherited Metabolic Diseases (IMDs). It unites clinical data, omics-based big data, and operational logistics within a single, interoperable environment powered by advanced computational models and predictive analytics.

Coordinated by the University of Galway (Ireland) and initiated through the European project Recon4IMD, IMDhub is developed by a multidisciplinary international consortium of research institutions, hospitals, and clinical centres across Europe. Together, they aim to enhance disease diagnosis, drive biomarker discovery, and deepen understanding of IMDs to advance precision medicine.
